During a Labor Day small sale I asked how much the discount was for first responders. The salesmen responded very defensive and said it didn't apply during Labor Day. I said how much is it on a regular day and he questioned my verification and looked mad when I showed him my ID. He continued to be hostile and passive with me while I worked with him. I understand his sales depend on commission but if he only wanted to sell during the sale there are other ways to lead your customers to that result since I actually wanted a product it wouldn't have been hard to actually work with me. Very disappointed at the customer service interaction as I was with my family. Can't forget about the sellsman leaving you every 15 minutes because he wants to make a sale with 5 other people. It's like hailing a taxi trying to get them to come back to you. Will rather go to Best Buy or even target and not deal with this. Nobody should have to negotiate a microwave with sensitive, disrespectful and disorganized workers. This business is run very rouge. Save your money and look for a better deal and customer service at target.

Visited P.C. Richard at Bay Plaza on 9/30 because my mom needed a new refrigerator. The salesperson was very nice and extremely knowledgeable. We also asked if we can get the water and ice maker hooked up. He stated that based on the location it would be an extra $250. That is fine we paid for it.
