I Love all the Beautiful Desses in Martha Bridal . l bought my daughter dress here for her Prom & Yes She was a Prom Queen on 6/6/2024 her Dress was Stunning & beautiful it was Shimmer Gold with Rimestone and color Gold, l most definitely recommended this Martha Bridal they have everything here in all Parties Occasions Dresses, Shoes, Accessories, the Customer good services & very attentive & help you on fitting room the Dresses are expensive but are beautiful & l was satisfied when l bought my daughter dress here l give Martha Bridal 5 Stars ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Excellent!!!

Very disorganized and poor management. I was very disappointed at the owner Martha who basically told me over the phone that, she has the dresses I was looking for to just walking. When I arrived to the store, she refused to help me saying i didn’t make an appointment. I called twice before my arrival to ask about the dresses and the store hours, she never mentioned about making an appointment.
When I arrived, Martha told me that I need an appointment in order to see the dresses. She ignored the fact that I called her twice and she didn’t say anything about the appointment. At the end, she didn’t let me see the dresses because she did not have them. The dresses she say she had it, all of them was to order by catalog.
Very disappointed and I will never go back again.
If you reading this, please call before you go to this store and ask the right questions otherwise you will be promised something that you may not get it.

Bought my prom dress here, $150. Way more comfortable than other dresses from other stores I tried. Even when busy they answer all your questions, plus they make alterations if needed.

I had 10k on me to try on a wedding dress here and was denied to do it if I wasn’t buying a dress mind you I never been in a wedding dress and wanted to try in and get measurements but a few moments later a Latino heritage woman walked in and requested to do same as me and was allowed to try on dresses and she wasn’t buying so I kind of felt a little racial tension and feelings were hurt ? but very beautiful wedding dresses

Terrible service and the lady is very despotic and I think she is the owner there. First she tells me what is done by appointment, she has an appointment and the amount of money you are going to buy, if it is 200 dls or more, it tends. Nooo, I would recommend this place. Terrible service, the lady is very despotic...if my money is worth it, it doesn't matter if I buy less or more...

Bad experience when visiting the store due to the arrogance of its owner towards customers, once they buy, she does not accept complaints and you feel the psychological abuse she gives to her employees. I do not recommend visiting that store

I never bought their dresses here as long as they haven't given me money, they treat them well and then they treat them like garbage, they gave me a dress that was so poorly made and worn out and when I went to the disgusting lady, she didn't realize that the dress was bad and just hung up please. Don't buy anything here I'm going to check this store's policies to see what I can do I'm so upset

They have wonderful customer services and beautiful dresses. I didn’t think i’ll find a dress I liked but i eventually found one. They also have many different styles and were very helpful.
