Found a beautiful travel bag. Unfortunatelly, it didn't have the strap. Another bag the same style was complete, but the zipper was ruined. I asked if they could remove the strap from the ruined bag and added to the one I wanted...the cashier and another employee encouraged me to ask the supervisor. The late, in a nasty attitude, just replied NO...she didn't explain why...just NO and gave me her back! Needles to say, I'm not visiting that store anymore.

The return policy is ridiculous. The walk from the store to the parking lot is dozens of feet and the used shoes cannot be returned or exchanged. There is still such a service center that is not as user-friendly as online shopping. I have blacklisted it and will never shop with it again! The arrogant attitude is no longer suitable for this era!
