I really like this shopping center, although it is small, it has beautiful things and the best thing is it is not expensive. They have a lot of variety in household items and their employees are very good formal dears.

3 cashiers open 50 people online waiting nightmare And then the guy in cashier 2 didn't want to give me My 68 cents because he didn't have change I wonder how many people he does this to that don't check their receipts. I took a photo of him but he behind the counter.

If I could give this location 0 stars I would. The employees at the Marshalls in Parkchester have NO customer service training except for maybe 3 employees. The rest are rude, snotty, and of course disappear when you need help with something. I was there today and the line was long which is understandable, but instead of the cashiers attending to the customers…. They’re having a gossip meeting while putting away returns or looking up prices for items no one ever asked for. I worked retail and the first thing we learn is to attend to the customers first and then worry about returns afterwards. Maybe this location should throw a staff party so the employees can come to work a little happier.

Consistently disappointed with long lines and limited cashiers at Marshals Parkchester. It’s disrespectful to customers’ time. Please hire more staff or add self-service kiosks.

If only I could give zero stars.. As a former employee of the TJX family, I understand how things flow in the beginning of year. But there is no plausible reason why the store manager displays such deplorable behavior in front of her staff on two separate occasions with no remorse. Not sure what was stuck up Dian's posterior or what side of the bed she woke up on, but she probably needs to take another course in work-life balance or basic customer service. If I had the ability to stoop to her level, I would have gladly joined her. Visited 2/6/24 around 12:00-12:30.

WROST Marshall’s because when I looked for some things I saw people stealing but when I talked to staff they didn’t care and one day I needed to buy a belt but I waited in line for more than a hour!
