I recently had the pleasure of visiting MNP Jewelry in the Bronx that left me truly impressed. From the moment I stepped through the door, I was greeted with warm smiles and exceptional customer service. (Minus - 5 stars)This establishment has the worst customer service I have ever experienced in New York. Not only is it below acceptable they tried to force me to negotiate a price that was too high for a child's rings. When I said I would think about it and turned to leave them locked me in and continued to force me to talk. I asked to please let me leave that I would think about it. But again they yelled and told me to come back and negotiate. As I stood at the door practically begging to open the door I panicked as I pushed the door and they would not open. This went on more the 5 times where now I was yelling to let me leave that I can't be forced to buy if I don't want to. As I panicked all 3 the latino man, the dark haired saleswoman and the blonde woman ignored me. Only after many times of asking they opened the first door but did not open the second door where he was locked in between the doors and I had to yell more then 2 times to let me out completely. All 3 salespeople are extremely unprofessional and I should have called the cops on them for making me stay against my will in a store. It was a terrible experience. Then they opened the first door but did not open the second, they locked me between the doors and I had to scream more than 2 times to let me out. The 3 salespeople are extremely unprofessional and I should have called the police for forcing me to stay in a store against my will. It was a terrible experience. The worst store in New York.

Dry disappointed on my amethyst necklace. 10k! Looks so cheap. I would be better off going on Amazon! Over pierced! Watch out for this jewelry store. For now on will go to a store in midtown or out of the country!! They saw me coming! Eventually they have cheated others too!!!

The lady with the blonde hair and surgery. Is rude and unprofessional, I came to ask how much to fix my chain, she told me the price. As she’s writing the slip for repair I asked about a chain link. She looked at her coworker with with the curly dark hair, looked back at the slip, then a few seconds later. She looked at me and replied with a nasty attitude “when I’m done with this then I’ll tell you, one thing at a time”….WELL DUH. It’s not like I am a different customer interrupting while she’s helping me. I am the customer she currently working with. She could’ve simply said sure we’ll take a look at it when I’m done with this in a professional manner. Then another customer came into the shop and she became annoyed because she didn’t want to deal with more customers. I usually prefer to go to the arabs for my jewelry. This place is ghetto

Don't go thereI had a broken ring and they supposedly fixed it, not even a week latter broke at same place where was fixed. I went to the store and told the girl she said no u didnt fix it here, we need the receipt, i said u never gave me a receipt... then she said how much did you paid I said 20$ then she said 80$ to fix it...... I said this is not the way to do business and leftMeantime another customer was arguing with them about her watch battery that they changed a day before and stoped workingI won't return here and these people can not be trusted. The girl was rude and very unprofessional

Worst place ever went too..I went in with a few items I wanted to sell the salespeople ignored me was to busy looking at their cellphones and when I finally got someone to help me was lowballed for my items.. took my items somewhere else and was given 3 times the price they offered me even tried to get me to apply for some financial agreement saying I would get more money horrible do not go here they will rip you off....would give it 0 stars if I could...

Rude and nasty salesladies. They discriminate among customers. Had my watch replaced battery but still doesnt work, told me that the watch maybe broken, I asked them if they can just transfer the new battery that I paid for to my other watch, told me that I have to pay more. Already been rude, yet greedy too. Never to come back in this store.
