I read a review by a person that goes by the name of JKO on here and said that the store now charges $1 for a bag of chips that cost 50 cents. I live 2 blocks away from here and said to myself I will go check it out to see if this person is telling the truth thinking maybe he was lying. Well, I went in there and he was right about it, they are now charging $1 for a small bag of potato chips that cost 50 cents and this is literally highway robbery if they think people will pay $1 for a small bag of chips that is half way full of air. I put 2 bags on the counter and in hand him a dollar bill and he goes no it's $2 and I said $2?? Nothing else was said as I took the bags and put them back. Avoid this place!

The guys by the front are always friendly and they have a good vibe . Always come here to pick up my Maltas and Dunkaroos haha .

Decent neighborhood grocery store. Stocked shelves with most of what you need.They DO NOT sell Utz Brand potato chips (a 'hood staple) but instead sell branded chips for $1 or more. Actually they don't sell anything for less than a dollar so if you're looking for some of your favorite brands like Little Debbie, you can forget about this store.The staff here is EXCEPTIONALLY good. The Dominican deli worker (in the afternoon) is better and the Arab deli clerk (in the evenings) is the best. The afternoon and evening deli workers are into constant hand washing and cleaning their area (and grill) as soon as they finish an order if they're idle. I've actually had to wait (with pleasure) an extra 2-3 minutes for the slicer to be cleaned before my order was started.2 Lotto machines to expedite their lines.If my review helped, give it a thumbs up ?
