The worst service! First of all, the person answering the phone believes that someone is calling to ask for a favor... it seems that she is very busy and you can notice that she is breathing deeply when she answers the phone. Besides, if he has to argue face to face with a client, he does it. I mean, the customer service is terrible and I think every good business starts with treating the customer well, which is where trust begins.

I’m beyond disappointed with this shipping company. Its been over a month and my package has not been received. I spoke to someone initially and they said it arrived at the port and now they are telling me something different and that it will be another 2 weeks. I’m super frustrated as I am traveling with my kids and all of the needs (milk, pampers and bedding) are in the boxes.

The customer service is horrible the call magically drops when the lady states her point. After making wait the whole day where I called them 3 times to ask if there were still coming and then affirming that they were on their way, the lady sends me a message through Whatsapp to tell me that they called me in the morning and I didn't answer. And the whole day were just lying about crossing over to pickup the items. Just use another shipping company.
