The worst experience getting my pedicure done.
Had to leave half way because I got a rash from their products and they didn’t take responsibility.
Had to pay full price for half service and had to go buy anti itching medicines for their fault.

Worst nails I’ve ever gotten…this is what I was sent home with. The Asian lady that did my nails was so rude and snippy…avoid this place at all cost.

Made an appointment for 10AM Which I thought was great since they opened at 10 AM as it says on their website but my mother and I walk in at 9:57 and there's already a bunch of people inside. We spoke to the woman and gave her my name and appointment time and then after a few minutes comes to realize that they took the wrong people who were NOT written In the calendar yet had my name and time scheduled. She admits to taking the wrong people (who she didnt really start on yet) and asked us to wait a few minutes Because the person who did not have an appointment Had a bit of an attitude with her So she decided to take the people who did not have an appointment. After waiting about a half hour my mother and I decided to leave because it is absolutely ridiculous having to wait after making an appointment for a scheduled time, The employees actually admitting that they made a mistake but still deciding not to do the right thing. First and last time here

Complete waste of money. They charge extra for a specific shape and can't even do the shape correctly. Never going back

$110 for gel mani and spa pedi and my nails look horrible. My toe nails are crooked. The polish on both hands and feet were ill applied and I spent way too long waiting for horrible service. If it wasn't gel I would have removed the paint when I got home. My nails don't even have a shape.

I’ve been coming here for a couple of years and today was disappointing. Not sure why the person was rushing because the salon was empty. Also, want to point out that I did make an appointment ahead of time. I asked for a white gel manicure and the white was not opaque enough/needed more coats. Also, my nails were not filed correctly so the ends are jagged. Person did not clean around the cuticles at all and they painted over the dust particles from the nail filling. The polish looks inconsistent and it bubbled up. They did not paint corner to corner so some spots are empty. This is a basic gel manicure that everyone should know how to do. I have pictures for proof but for some reason Google is not giving me the option to post them.

I decided to give this nail salon another fair shot… needless to say I was once again disappointed. I get the SNS powder nails and every single time I get them from there, they look super thick. It literally looks like molded clay. The one positive thing is the price is decent at $43. Unfortunately chunky nails are not a thing and in my opinion look horrible. I will not be going bad.

I get my pedicures and manicures here. They do a great job. I don't recommend the gel manicure because people have told me that it doesn't last. They do a great job with SNS. I also get my eyebrows waxed here. No complaints. The girls are friendly and hard working.

Staff here is always kind and friendly to me. Been here 3 times so far and haven't had any issues yet. So far they've done good work.
