I Never had a Bad Experience at Lily Nail Salon Surprised to read some Negative Reviews..My own Experience I can say,Luv,Luv my Regular French Gel MANICURE..I Like all the technicians,Quick, Precise,n I never wait long even if I'm a walk in..They do take appointments as well..I have no Extension,No tips..I am always happy w my results.
Salon is small but Always clean. They offer Waxings,Spa Pedicures, Manicures etc..I pay $36 for French Gel Mani,No design.
Cleanliness: Fairly Clean, Especially Spa tub for Pedicure..

Luis always does my nails and does a phenomenal job. With this set he knocked it out of the park with the gel set, this place has great service and quality!! It's sad to see these negative reviews, if you a respectful and communicate what you want you will be very happy with your results. Def recommend!

Consistently good service and quality. Luis does an amazing job with my nails every time. Unlike other salons I always leave here very happy with my nails, the application and retention is great and they always give me what I ask for or better. Try this place truly you won't be disappointed, these photos speak for themselves!

I had gotten nail tips put on with a gel polish. Within 2 days there was a blackening of the gel . The gentleman fixed it with another coat. Within 2 days the gel polish was chipping off. When I called the woman said they fixed it once and this time there would be a charge. Within 6 days the nail tips were coming off. The prices for the nail tips were 50 and weren’t worth it at all. Listen, you’re in the BX, lots of slim pickings. I went for a pedicure. They were professional and courteous, and for me, that goes a long way. All prices were visibly listed, so there were no surprise charges. They accept cash and cards. Queenie ( not sure how to spell her name) was wonderful!!! I recommend this nail salon and will be returning.

The place is small, I only get pedicures and one of my friends recommended Amy and her recommendation was a good one. I'll keep going as long as Amy is available

I gave them a1 because I had no other choice,so I came here today (friday) to simply soak off acrylic nail tips. They were over packed and seemed very busy but I was told I could sit and I have someone work set up my soak swiftly. I sat there and a woman put the acetone soak on my nails after sitting there for about 25 minutes I noticed she wasn't coming to check or even monitor that the acrylic was pealing off properly. Long story short, another coworker told me she didn't buff my nails properly so I got more buffering from this woman. Off to the acetone soak again... after an additional 10 minutes I noticed my skin was pealing around my finger from the acetone eating away at my skin which caused my finger to bleed. I approached Lilly about this and she said "you need to soak there is no other way " this was said in a nasty manner. I explained the acetone was eating at my skin she didn't seem to care. I basically left and decided to do the job myself. These people are inconsiderate and money hungry. They overbook so there is no point to making an appointment. There is nothing relaxing about this place literally no room to move it is so crowed. STAY AWAY NEVER AGAIN!

Love the service, clean and friendly. My gel manicures often chip in a few days but if l get tips they last. I keep it pretty simple and not any designs so l can’t speak on their techniques but overall l like it here.

never again they charge you a lot and them nails only last 2 days supposedly they used gel but it don't seem like it . never going again or recommended to someone
