Horrible. I arrived at 858am. Store opens at 9am. No one showed up until 930am. Got home and went over my paperwork and my address was totally wrong. Went back and they corrected it. The fees are too high for this neighborhood. Also, there are NO African Americans working in that particular office. Will go back to preparing my own taxes.
