Very unprofessional schedule and appointment with then for 9am and had me waiting and hour for then not to be open at all don't recommend this location to anyone who needs help...

Went 3 times and they put the wrong account number and never answer the phone.

Horrible. I arrived at 858am. Store opens at 9am. No one showed up until 930am. Got home and went over my paperwork and my address was totally wrong. Went back and they corrected it. The fees are too high for this neighborhood. Also, there are NO African Americans working in that particular office. Will go back to preparing... read full comment
