Tax preparer/Supervisor Hussain was VERY RUDE to me on the Phone, I called him the day after he Prepared my taxes, Beacause I noticed from my other paperwork from the other year it was 400 less for fees I called to Question about the fees being soo much more than the last time He did my taxes, The Preparer Got very Defensive on the phone and started to Yell at me! saying "Why am I complaining!!" he wouldnt let me speak He yelled over me Each time I tried to talk . He was very Unproffesional ,I will NEVER return to Liberty tax ever again !!!

He's a piece of Trash. 3 years I filed with him. Now it's all about money. They Won't help with IRS. I'm not Audit I needed to verify. He charged me 1,100 to do my taxes and ignore my calls. He got his money out of my state. Do not file here. He use to care now hes a scam. The Indian guy with yellow teeth. He even tried to get me to file unemployment and those so called free government ? money. I know better and did not.

Stay away from them if you really need help. They over charge and won't help with sending documents to irs or help guide you to the right direction.

Do not go to Ahmed on Boston RD they charge ovet $1000 out of your taxes just to not answer your call back. I recieved my state not federal. I'm not Audit neither. He refuse to help me send documents needed to irs. I had to do footwork myself and paperwork. He already took his money out of my state which was only 2k. Nasty go to H&R block. They help you with footwork.
