They charge you money for doing your taxes with W2s the lady Carmen Almonte I trusted her and she identity theft my Income HRA and My Sons School info ,SHE CLAMED MY MOTHERS SSA AND SSI YEARLY TAX I TRUSTED HER WITH MY FACEBOOK LOG IN AND PASSWORD ,SO SHE MOVES AROUND TO DIFFERENT LOCATIONS TO NOT BE NOTICED OF HER IDENTY THEFT ,THEY HAD MY WORK INFO AND TOOK ALOT OF INFO INSURANCE I AM WITNESS THAT ALOT OF FOREIGNS CAME TO HER OFFICE COMPLAINING OF NOT RECIVING THEY CHECKS SHE IS A DOMINICAN MALICIOUS WOMAN AND ONLY CARES FOR HERSELF JURKED ME OF MY TAXEX WITH HER FAKE NET SPAND AND MISSLEAD PPL TO WRONG INFO ALSO SHE LIES I HAVE ALL MY PAPERWORK FOR PROOF SHE IS A IDENTITY THEFT PRO

Carlos Sterling was great! Very attentive to everyone that came in the store when I was there last minute to file my taxes on 4/13/24. Carlos was very friendly with me while doing my taxes. Not robotic so that’s nice. Give this guy a raise! I’ll hope Carlos can do my taxes again next year! Thanks Liberty Tax!

Horrible service. The reviews on this place are false. I don't recommend going to this location. This location does not open on time nor follow the hours of operation given online or on their front door.
