I would never do my taxes here again! I was force to sign up for a bank card with Netspend knowing I already have a personal bank account. But I was told if I wanted my advanced money I had to get the card. So now I’m currently looking and searching for my refund which was send 5 days ago to the bank from IRS. I’ve called other liberty tax places and they said this place lied to gain commission for signing people up for the bank card.and no response or changes had been made!I’ve called and called no answers. The owner kept dodging me, which make the situation look more fishy. I don’t understand how they received 5 stars must be family and friends lying for them because their services is bias and very unprofessional. Save your time and money on a tax place who have no problems on communicating with there customers then becoming money hungry.

I would definitely recommend Liberty tax I personally go to the one on 189 West 231st & the woman who does my taxes is Miosotis Berberena. She always comes through, she's patient with me & she helps get the job done. I been with her for years now & never been disappointed. Thank you Mio & Thank you Liberty Tax! #AForeverCustomer.

I am so disappointed with the service. They never mailed my tax return for 2018 or 2019. I called the IRS and they said that the preparer was suppose to give me the return so I could mail it. Called the preparer many times and got nothing but lies. I went to the office and met with Jennie Hernandez and more lies. I had to call the main office In Virginia to get this settled. I am still waiting for a response. Since they never mailed 2018 or 2019, I never got any refunds or even my stimulus. I want my money back. They didn't do their job and then refused to fix their mistake. Very disappointing. I recommend to stay away from that location. I paid total of 300 to them. 150 for each year. For nothing. I want my money back. It's sad when you have to call the main office to get a problem resolved. This place is a disgrace to customer service.

Had an appointment for Thursday at noon, and was stood up. Waited for a half an hour in the lobby with no response before I finally left. Got multiple texts and phone calls after the fact that they'd be happy to do my taxes. No apology or anything for my time wasted.
