From the moment I arrived, they went above and beyond to make sure every need was met, showing kindness, professionalism, and an eye for detail that truly made the visit special. They created a welcoming and comfortable environment, they were attentive and willing to help with a smile. Their dedication to service is unmatched, and it made my experience one I won’t forget. I had a bad experience at vista eye care and decided to go to lens crafters. I did not trust them with my frames because they were expensive and if anything happened to it they said they were not responsible. I trusted lens crafters because they already deal with designer frames. The store associate was very nice and assured me that they would take care of my frames which I deeply appreciate. Customer service was great. I definitely recommend them especially if you are dealing with designer frames!

Great customers service by the gentleman Gavin that helped my son and I choose the right fit for us and helped me fit in my daughter as a walk in eye exam, and also the doctor who did mine and all 3 of my childrens eye exams !!
But “0” stars for i believe her name is Kendra ,very nasty attitude not helpful at all ,she doesn’t care whether you walk in ,doesn’t even greet you ,I mean …to have someone like that in a business is insane to me ,I cannot imagine how many how many customers have been lost because of her ,had it not been for the gentleman that reeled us in and helped us I would have never made the purchase of 3 sets of glasses, other than that no complaints.
P.S. if you’re a customer that goes to this location and you see a lady short hair ,glasses ,and with an attitude don’t approach her she won’t be any help to you or your loved ones .

The place looks appealing as it is located on the fitst floor on macys in the hand bag section. How convenient! The place smells fresh and clean. It is free from clutter, not over crowded, just simple, and shows everything necessary. Dr. carr and her team are awesome. Got them through zocdoc, made same day appointment and get through. From registration to exit, every step, every test, and every action was explained. Then, re-explained.
When you arrive, you are given a form to complete, and then you give your insurance in order to identify the copay to be given. You will be called soon after to go in the back where you will be introduced to the machine they will be using. I see she sanitize her hand and then use wipes to clean the machine in front of me. Allow it to dry and proceed to explain what will be done.
Next, you go to the doctor. She INTRODUCED HERSELF.. i felt great.
She explained what to expect and why it was being done. I got the results and did not feel like I was pressured to purchase the lens and frame there and at that time. I was given the opportunity to browse their collection and try on. Thanks

Kendra was honestly amazing when it came to me making appointments, figuring out what kind of glasses I wanted and even getting contact lenses. If you’re ever at this macys I cannot emphasize how great the service was and how amazing her help was, 10/10
