I have been a value customer of Lasorsa for many many years, but I must say that this past Saturday 8/31 was the first time that I felt very disappointed with the car service provided. I Left the dealership with a problem in regards to my turbo system and a noise sound like a bird. The turbo was fixed but the the sound of the bird did not which was one of the issue I had provided the person that needed to be address. I called after i drove away but as of today no one has reached out to me.

Purchased a Malibu that was a constant headache. Eventually, it needed a new engine with only 22k miles. Took two months to get it back. They didn't provide or assist with a loaner car. All they offered was to sell me another car. I would never deal with this dealership again!
