THE TWO PHLEBOTOMIST AT THE FRONT DESK WERE VERY UNPROFESSIONAL WITH BAD ATTITUDES TOWARDS THE PEOPLE COMING INTO THE OFFICE. I HAD A VERY BAD EXPERIENCE WITH THE MALE AND FEMALE PHLEBOTOMIST. I GAVE THE MALE MY SCRIPT AND HE LOST IT SOME WHERE BETWEEN THE PRINTER. HE LIED TO MY FACE AND SAID HE NEVER TOOK THE SCRIPT. THE FEMALE WHO NEVER PAYS ATTENTION TO ANYTHING STARTED SPEAKING SPANISH TO THE OTHER PATIENTS IN THE WAITING ROOM, ABOUT THE SITUATION.I HOPE WHEN HE FINDS MY SCRIPT, THEY WOULD REALIZE HOW UNPROFESSIONAL THEY WERE! I WOULD NEVER GO BACK TO THAT LABCORP UPTOWN ANY MORE. I GO DOWNTOWN TO DO MY BLOOD WORK WHERE THEY TREAT PEOPLE WITH RESPECT!

Front desk and Deshawn(not sure if I heard the right name) but it was a quick 5mins in and out blood work! Phlebotomist did an amazing job 10/10! Thank you

This is the worse lab you can go to. They have a person in the front desk (Hispanic, long hair with highlights and green eyes) who is very rude, unprofessional, nasty etc etc. She should not be working in a place where she has to deal with human beings. She should work in a factory with no contact with people. I had the worse experience in that place. DO NOT VISIT THIS PLACE.

Apparently there is an unwritten and certainly unposted policy that they only do urine tox tests for taxi companies. Waited over an hour for them to tell me this. Website allows you to book an appointment for an unaccepted test

I had an appointment at 11:15. Got there at 11 o'clock. Was told that I can't be seen until 1245 and that they are not seeing any patients till then. When you go to their website, you see that they are closed from 12 to 1245 for lunch so ultimately they didn't want to take me because they were going to lunch an hour from now. This is bad business. I took a Lyft to get there and it was for my job as well. I would not go to this place at all. Customer service is horrible...... which means that the quality of care is going to be just as bad. Reporting to BBB and Corporate.
