They moved but still list the white plains road location. I wasted $22 to Uber there and could not get to any other location because they CLOSE at 4:26. So in total I wasted 40 dollars and still have no lab results.

I went on a Thursday morning without an appointment. I put $1.25 in the meter and went inside. I didn’t wait long at all. Did a set check in on the kiosk and was called to the window within 5 mins. The registrar/lab tech confirmed my info and took me straight back. She handed me urinalysis cup, I handled my business, came out signed my name and that was it. The whole process took me 15 mins. I highly recommend this location but can’t say what the wait times are during other times of the year.

I went in yesterday. I check in through the express checkin tablet. There was 3 people ahead of me. Waiting time: less than 5 minutes.

No point in scheduling an appointment as you have to get in the same line as walk ins. They made me check in again after already checking in on my phone. They do not use the QR code provided by Labcorp. So basically there is no point scheduling anything at this location. Wasted a bunch of time.The reason I give this location 3 stars instead of 1 is the technician I finally dealt with was very nice and professional.

Unprofessional staff. U have to wait in the hallway. No one communicates what’s going on. They just expect you to wait in the hallway for 2 hours. Unacceptable. There were also 10-15 people behind me.

If I could honestly give this place a lower score i would. The male Luis in the reception is the most disrespectful he cuts you off, projects so much attitude and has no form of patience, no business ethic, no interpersonal skills. Today 6/22/21 i went to get bloodwork and a patient came in with a scheduled online appointment and instead of explaining that protocols have changed have and redirecting him to the appropriate channel. Luis was very short, rude and dismissive even too off his mask and threatened to call the police on the patient because said patient expressed that Luis should speak to persons with respect as they should.They say once you work at an establishment you represent it and i doubt this is the representation Labcorp wants.

I had a very skilled lab tech...Lewis was professional and efficient.Simply ask for Lewis...He never fails to find the vein and he gets the job done correctly.

If there was a lower rating than zero, then it would be it, so a 1 star would have to suffice. This lab produces shoddy results!!!! Went to medical doctor (who uses labcorp) for routine HIV testing and initially receiving a false positive. Naturally I was beyond concerned for my health as I know false positives aren’t so common. Went back to same medical doctor and got referral for an in lab blood work to be done. 10 days later ( yes, TEN) I receive my results, and lo and behold, I received ANOTHER FALSE POSITIVE!! I literally lost my mind with the most scariest thoughts of what I would do if in fact I was TRULY positive for well over a week. I was finally able to get my bearings right and went to CITYMD who uses Quest Lab, and just received my results and it came back negative!! NEVER AGAIN WILL I USE LABCORP PROVIDERS!! BE WARNED OF THIS LAB!! BE WARNED OF THIS LAB!! BE WARNED OF THIS LAB!!! as they obviously produce inaccurate results!!! STEAR CLEAR OF THIS LAB and ANY medical provider who is affiliated with them!!!!!
