Horrible!!!!! I booked them for an event for Fathers Day and they never showed. They called me 2 hours after they were supposed to be at my home and said they were still at another event. The worst customer service experience, unapologetic. Not reliable.

Frank and his team were amazing! Our wedding guests loved the cigar bar, roller and custom cigars. I would highly recommend La Rosa Cubana for your next event. A few of my guests have already requested his services. Great service and prices!
