2 hrs with an unskilled rookie "tech" and this is what I get. Lumpy, bumpy rigid nails. The other "techs" knew this girl was inadequate, yet they still let her do horrible work. They are all rude, disrespectful and unfriendly. Also love to stare at you.. They charge a lot as well, this horrible full set was $50. I wouldn't even return if it was free. Charged me $15 to ONLY remove gel out of myNails. Mind you, i told them not to put any clear or anything just remove gel. And they charged me $15.I went back the next day to claim my money and he guy threw me $10 dollars saying “ okay is just ten dollar, here”Avoid this place. Looks nasty and not hygienic at all. I went there because was the only thing open.

$65 for gel mani /reg pedi and one day later -- less than a full 24 hours! -- gel mani is already chipped and lifting the nail entirely.

I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS BUSINESS!At 9:05 am this morning I took a step into this business as I have done several times before. I asked the owner if Olga was in today? He asked if I had an appointment I said I did not, did I have to call? He had the appointment book in front of him so I could have made an appointment. He said Olga does not make appointments and told me to get out, his words were... "You get out my store, you don't come back!" "I owner here, no appointment, you go!" I'm going to stop right here...I was hurt, not only was he rude but get this, the man and his wife are my neighbors! Yes, you heard me, they are my neighbors and I thought we were friendly. He screamed some more and told me to shut up and I walked out. I walk a third of the block up and saw his wife and told her what happened, she told me to come back and I did. She told me not to say anything that she would speak, I said no, I want you to hear how he speaks to the customers. She walked in and I stood outside the door and said, " I told her what you did", he said " YOU SHUT UP, YOU GET OUT!"Well folks, she tried to reason with him but he is what he is. I would not recommend this business and I hope you think twice before you spend your money there.Services: Pedicures

Awesome experience. I will definitely come back, my nail tech did my nails really good, I'm so happy how she applied color. The place is not fancy, but the service is good. Very nice people. My nail tech was super sweet.

A while ago my friend and I got our nails done for her bday. When we got there the staff were nice and welcoming (Checked out temperature ). They did good with cleaning the Cuticles but once it got to the nails..... they dipped our fingers in powder instead of using a brush to dip the powder... found out later on they don't have colors, just plain white powder and found out the don't have a drill... it's upsetting i didn't do my research (which I blame on us) but I told them what I wanted and I wasn't provided that... my nails were kinda expensive along with my friend and not even a week pasted that our nails broke I'm just a girl trying to help y'all out before you go here....

I have been coming here for over twenty years. The nail specialists are spectacular in the work they provide. A bit overpriced for the area, but worth it !

Went in for a fill in. Woman was removing my gel polish and kept hurting me with the device. I should have got up and left but I stayed and on the 6th nail she cut my finger and it wouldnt stop bleeding so I clearly needed to run my finger under cold water but instead she kept putting bleeding stopper chemical on it. I just got up and left after that

Love this place! Have been going for ages and haven't stopped enjoying my experience. Wonderful and experienced staff. They got me for prom, work and any other beauty emergency! Wouldn't mind traveling from manhattan for a trusted professional.

Stay far away. Had basic manicure & waxing done. Not only did I have to wait forever for a dryer since the "regulars" are put at them first but the girl let a clump of wax fall in my hair & didn't say a thing. I only noticed after leaving and trying to run my fingers through my hair. No way she didn't notice.

If you seriously want to throw your money away come here ! Horrible products are used. On top of the quality of work they were doing. I feel as if they lady that was doing my nails honestly was just using my hands for training. I don't understand how literally one day after I get my nails done one fly's off. Pissed off because I did it for vacation last minute and of course now I leave with 9 horrible fingers done & one nail less.
