I don't know what it is but there is an older cashier there. Always has something to say.
I bought some produce and OJ.
I took an extra produce bag to put the OJ container in it.
This lady starts to yell that I can't do that and bag will cost me 5 cents. Huh?
I had the mind to ask for a refund on the 43 dollars I spent.
Instead I will never shop there again. I will go to the FOODTOWN. The selection is better and store is nicer.

RAT DROPPINGS- OUTDATED FOODS- NASTY MANAGER- ISLES ARE ALWAYS CLUTTERED-FOOD BOXES SMELL LIKE CAT URINE- ONLY ONE OR TWO CASHIERS PACK YOUR BAGS- THE GUYS THAT DO PACK YOUR BAGS WILL STOP IF YOU DONT TIP THEM-HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE- ONLY SHOP HERE IF YOU ARE IN DESPERATE NEED OF ONE OR TWO ITEMS. THIS STORE NEEDS TO CLOSE AND GET NEW OWNERS THAT CARE ABOUT THE COMMUNITY AND THE CUSTOMERS THAT SPEND THEIR HARD EARNED MONEY THERE!!!

Do not buy here! This is my third time returning an Item that is expired/spoiled. They keep spoil items on shelves! I returned expired Parmesan cheese, nasty chicken twice. The Manger has the audacity to get upset! If you buy here always check the exp date and don't buy the meat! Not buying here anymore.

I went on Thursday to buy produce and didn’t realize the cherry tomatoes had some rotten ones in the package. I went back and was told it was too late to get a refund. Ridiculous.

Warning warning stay away health violation! This key food has rat droppings and termites throughout the store! I would urge anyone who shops here to call the health department!

The supermarket is very good that is very clean with a Wide Variety of Foods that can be found in different sections each. Whether you're getting this or that, meat, dairy, liquid products KeyFood gives a Wide variety of them. But some prices might just be a little expensive. Anything other than that, highly recommend

There are two Key food supermarkets in Parkchester and they're both over priced and their food is old/rotten as I had to return a few items that were not good. I went on the 20th, 5 days before Christmas and they Jack up the prices selling still rotten food. Is a damn shame. I have a vehicle and can travel outside of the city to find good food at decent prices, many folks in Parkchester doesn't have a vehicle to travel for good food. All I know is this is one of the worst supermarkets to shop for food of any kind.
