There are two Key food supermarkets in Parkchester and they're both over priced and their food is old/rotten as I had to return a few items that were not good. I went on the 20th, 5 days before Christmas and they Jack up the prices selling still rotten food. Is a damn shame. I have a vehicle and can travel outside of the city to find good food at decent prices, many folks in Parkchester doesn't have a vehicle to travel for good food. All I know is this is one of the worst supermarkets to shop for food of any kind.

Very unprofessional. A blind man went with a debit card & asked to be charged via Debit & not credit. The cashier then signed his name so the transaction could be approved. Do not send your disabled family members here alone.

Key food is a good place to shop.. but they really need to get a truck for delivery.. is it a shame they having the workers pushing a cart for delivery.. that's slavery.. really.. how other stores have a delivery truck but key food.. WOW.. for real. Nothing Changed prices got higher not many sales ?

There are plenty of choices of different groceries to pick. The deli associate is always kind and helpful. The store shelves are always being stocked, and the store is generally clean. The reason for one less star is that the store has very narrow isles. It's a small store and parking is a small area.

The Cashier and Manager had no skills that contribute to a Beautiful dinner setting they Nasty, and phobic, so sad and shameful, I had to walk out without purchasing anything They display total hatred and lack of compassion towards One of man Basic needs Food. Just sad

Prices r high, and they do not honor, 5/5 for. They claim u must buy 5 or pay the full price.Stop & Shop and other supermarkets does honor the 5/5 even if u don't buy 5 of the items to get the sale, maybe u don't need 5 of those items.They can do better to accommodate the shoppers in the community.
