Very bad service because they don't know how to treat a disabled person. I am disabled after a stroke and my right hand and leg are affected. Today, I went to do a quick grocery shopping. At the moment of paying there was no packers and one person came to ask me if I needed a bag, but I told him that I had my backpack and an extra bag. He left to another register. The cashier didn't help me, so with one hand I had to pack everything. A pack of pineapple chunks fell to the floor, and when I asked to the manager if I could get another one. The manager and the cashier supervisor said very loud that I could take another since I threw the pineapple to the floor. It was very humiliating because they saw me with my cane packing by myself. They came over just to pickup the pineapple chunks off the floor, but never to assist me. The moment was so embarrassing that I didn't take the other pack. After 9 years shopping in this location, I don't want to go back.

Do I really like the supermarket? But those who work there, the men, most of the time when I go to ask them something with respect and politeness, they look at me as if they want to take off my clothes or think that I am flirting just for being polite and polite, that is why there are people who speak badly to them and everything so that they don't go overboard, they should stream how to treat the client, asking for a number and asking where they live and that is none of their business

It's very clean, good selection of food and produce items. Clean deli area, prices are a little high on certain items. Meat looks great, no foul smell coming from meat dept...I walk further to go here then shopping in my own area.

I like this place despite the reviews lol. I have a supermarket a block away from me and I choose to go to this one which says volumes about it. They have lots of food and it's well stocked, the vegetables look good and I haven't noticed anything moldy or rotten. I guess it's a bit pricey but isn't anything else today. I go there consistently and I'm pretty happy with the store. One of the cashiers wasn't paying attention to what she's was doing and that was a issue for me but they have 4 other cashiers so I avoid her like the plague.

On November 28, 2022 at the Key Foods Supermarket located at 256 East 167th Street Bronx NY. I have reasons to believe that my minor was racially profiled.I sent my son to the supermarket at Key Foods to purchase Coconut Milk. He and I was on FaceTime throughout the process. My son was unable to find the canned milk to I asked him to ask a store representative. He did and all they did was send him back to the aisle with no form of direction or where to find the milk. I walked him through the aisle to find the milk all through FaceTime. I told him get two cans. He got to the register (register 4) when he realize he didn’t have money for both cans so I told him only get one. The cashier at register 4 told him to put the milk back where he got it from. He had already paid for 1 milk. He out the milk back. The cashier never provided him with a receipt. As he was walking out the supermarket he was approached by a woman (supermarket representative) telling him that he couldn’t leave the store until she confirm that he purchased the milk. They confirmed by asking the cashier despite him not having a recent that he suppose to him. She gave him the change but not the receipt. My son is 11 years old came upstairs startled and scare telling me that the supermarket put him through a lot of stuff. He explained it and I knew it wasn’t right. I gathered my clothes and we walked back to the market I’m which o demanded to speak with a manager. At the time no manager was on ground. I was not happy and no one was able to give me answers. The woman that approached him near the door said that she was trying to help him. Despite him never receiving help from the moment he walked in the market even asking for help.I walked back home and called later around 6pm to speak with a manger he told me come to the market to speak with him. He apologized. He said the supermarket staff was trying to help him. I asked for the receipt. The receipt provided to me wasn’t an original receipt it was a duplicate. This supermarket is very racist and seek out Blacks when conducting searches. The protocol when dealing with customers is not to make them put the items back where they got it from. Why did the cashier make him do that?

Very bad experiences in that supermarket yesterday, how ugly it feels when they accuse you of being a thief in front of your son. I am a working woman to go around stealing and calling me a thief without having reasons and in front of my children, you never expect them from that supermarket 167 morris aven bronx key food
