Great experience getting my car fixed at Karl's. Someone sideswiped my parked car very deeply taking off the badge on the side of my car, hitting the paint deep on all 4 panels. Gave my car to Karl's to get it fixed. Only took them a handful of business days to have the car back in my hands with a brand new badge on the side of car, completely repainted, along with the car being detailed and washed; my car looked essentially brand new!
Would definitely recommend getting your body work at Karls

I highly recommend this business. I had an accident in my garage when I backed into a pole that was obstructed from my view. I dealt with James, who was very fair regarding costs for the repairs. The job took a few days. When I got the car back, it looked like it was brand new.Again, highly recommended.Services: Painting

I was rear-ended a few months ago and had never had auto body work done before. I shopped around a little bit and then got busy. A few weeks ago, I was up in Riverdale seeing family and decided to see if there were any reputable body shops in the area. I checked Yelp, found Karl's and stopped by. When I got there, James stopped what he was doing to have a look at my car. He told me he would speak with the insurance company and would get back to me. He called and had me drop the car off on Monday for a Tuesday morning insurance inspection. He called me Friday and told me to come and pick the car up the next morning. He did great work. Looks like nothing ever happened to the car. I had some worry that he'd have trouble matching the color but it was unfounded. Could not recommend these guys mire. Hoping I don't need body work again, but if I do, I know where I'm going. Karl's is a great family-run business. So glad I found them.

I had a side mirror repaired on a Honda Odyssey. They were very professional. I drove by one morning for them to take a look and the part was ordered. Part arrived a day or two later, and I was able to set up a time to drive by and wait 15 minutes for the installation, drove off same day. Very pleased with the service and quality.
