My personal experience with these guys was the worst. The manager named Alex, the son of the owner was just hustling. The non-speaking (english) employees would direct you to him. Once introduced. He thinks that he has the art of being persuasive, when in all reality. I was pressed for time going away that weekend. I have a warranty on my car because Chrysler was busy I considered them. Now the joke was on me. Spoke to Alex on Monday to come in that Friday with specialist in soft ware repair. 9am was our time. I was there at 845 am. The specialist was present and he knew absolutely nothing. Alex the manager decided to call the owner which is his father. Alex gave me a time that his father will show up, about an hour after his specialist didn't know the job. Now, I go have breakfast at Dunke Donuts, come back. Times flies and 2 hours shoot by and the owner, father / manager arrives with his daughter. We meet and he literally attack my car with no respect. He had no knowledge that was my car. He ripped the lining from my back truck. Step all over my front seat running boards with dirty boots. No respect!! Moved, or should I say droved my car twice around the block to make room for a car to be moved from the garage. Twice this happen. I am sitting there watching this. One of the employees then the manager. Now, this is what burns me the most. As I am sitting around waiting patiently for my service. Other potential clients drives up like I did. Not knowing much ! And they would attend the others with a small staff to attend the new potential clients and leave my car right there! The father would run all around their little space working on other cars. They really had no idea what was wrong with my car. Alex actually had it but he decided to look else where. The battery was the issue. Nothing else, nothing serious at all. But Alex discovered the problem. He torn my car up to ripped a module out of my car and charged me $225 dollars. I was coming back for his service to finish the work. Therefore I left him $225 cash and realize I was totally a damn fool. Went home mad & disgusted at myself for these guys service. I went home immediately to called Chrysler to make an appointment for that Friday. The issue was the battery. Nothing else, the module that they ripped out and didn't put back was working very very well. Yes I took a money loss. Indeed, but I got my car fixed and all things worked out for the best. They charged me $125 for their personal disnogtic and ask me why they couldn't finish the $580 dollar Job that wasn't the problem? I respect family & business. The highlight of this was the daughter. She was very sweet, polite and helpful. Alex the son is hustling. Not knocking him, but insulted me calling me Rick Ross sitting in my chair. ( I looked Nothing like Rick Ross, absolutely nothing!) The only thing we have in common is that we are black and both bald headed. I was wearing a hat. No comparison at all. Height, weight and complexion I don't look like Rick Ross. Mann, I don't even have a beard. WTF !! I felt your tension Alex when you turn my radio down the first time then cut it off the 2nd tine when you heard another rap song. I am not knocking the hustle I am knocking the service. It was the worst. Not the best. I left an hour after my car was done because they had another car behind me getting done that had no front tires on! When I told the owner that he was about to paid me for my day then he realize he had to get me out of there. I was present 845am to 3pm was my day at K&G car repair. I will never go there again. I always say that mechanics are robbers and this experience prove me right !! I left them and I am on the road, The same day!

I would like to thank Alex, his dad and his entire staff for taking care of my car. I got my brakes fixed in March got an oil change at another facility and they messed my brakes I got fixed. I called Alex late in the day and they took care of my car. I just appreciate the kindness and professionalism they showed me today.i feel extremely confident that I will be using their services again.Service: Brakes

A friend recommended me to Ask for Chris so I did. Really charismatic guy. He quick with service and very professional. If you want quality work in a speedy time ask for The Tech Chris he did not dissapoint.
