HORRIBLE SALON!!! Incompetent, lazy, and unprofessional staff… ruined my finance’s hair color desired for our wedding day; can’t even get a simple “honey blonde” color done right (see photos of chart vs. actual coloring job that was done). COMPLETE WASTE OF TIME AND MONEY (refund not even offered)!!! We’re now going to have to have this messed up hair coloring job in our wedding photos for the rest of our lives because this salon messed up a simple hair coloring job for what is supposed to be a once in a lifetime day!!!

This is a wonderful place that I recently discovered after my longtime salon was replaced by a new and way too expensive place. I'm simple. I just want a wash and cut. The staff at Just for Looks was friendly and they gave me a wonderful cut that has gotten rave reviews from all. The best part is they are the most affordable salon in the area. I only spent $30 plus tip. I will definitely be returning for my next haircut.

This place is the worst. Not professionals. The owner is very nasty and don’t know how to treat people. I will NOT recommend this place to no one.

I went there with long hair left with short hair. Asked for 2 to 3 inches taken off got 6 chopped. Even telling Toni my daughter getting married don't want hair short for wedding. Didn't listen went sizzor happy. Saw my sister's hair who went earlier OMG Asked for highlights got bleached fried hair. Same girl Toni. . wedding in a month and both our hair ruined!!!

Millie is amazing. She listens to my concerns, how I favor styling my hair and it always grows out beautifully. Bring quarters for the metered parking.

Short version: If possible, zero stars. Avoid at all costs. Tried to overcharge me, put the wrong product on my hair, very offensive, and most likely racist. I'm just hoping my hair doesn't fall out. Don't waste your money. You will definitely regret it. Long version: Over the phone I was guaranteed the price for the Cezanne treatment would not exceed $165. When I arrived they tried to charge me $200, but after going back and forth, they reluctantly agreed to honor the price. I repeatedly stated I was there for the Cezanne treatment (a mild and formaldehyde free smoothing treatment). I repeatedly asked for confirmation that the Cezanne treatment was what was being applied. I was repeatedly assured that the correct treatment was being applied. Half way through the process, after me incessantly asking the stylist if she was sure it was Cezanne, it was discovered the wrong product had been applied. I had no choice but to let her finish. I was conflicted about the payment because i had just been royally screwed and even though they apologized, it's a huge mistake. I have curly hair and have been working on my curls for years, but managing my curls during the quarantine proved difficult, so I decided to get the Cezanne treatment because it's not as drastic as a regular Keratin treatment and doesn't have formaldehyde. I was not looking to completely remove my curls. I just wanted to reduce frizz and make it more manageable. This treatment removes curls and takes years to grow out and I am now effectively forced to either endure an incredibly awkward growing out phase or keep getting some form of smoothing treatment done. Even though i had repeatedly asked the stylist and she should have stopped to really acknowledge what i was saying, the owner told her the wrong treatment and took responsibility for the mistake, so i felt bad not paying the stylist. Before leaving I approached the owner and told her that I didn't feel it was fair for me to pay full price - honestly, I didn't think I should pay period. The owner very quickly became irate and condescending. She asked me to follow her to the back so we could discuss the situation in private. Initially, I obliged and followed her towards the back of the salon, but she was still being offensive and I felt uncomfortable, so given the current climate I stopped short of going into the room with her. She then asked how much I thought I should pay and I stupidly said $80. I was so caught up on not screwing over the stylist that I didn't take into account how badly I had just been treated. The owner then claimed that she was going to offer to cut the price anyway, but if that was the case, she would not have reacted the way she did. As I was leaving she said "I bet you make a career out of doing this." Idk if that in fact stemmed from a racist place, but it sure sounded like it did. I'm very careful about what i put on my hair and I wanted to avoid formaldehyde at all costs. The chemicals in the treatment applied were so strong that while in the hair dryer I couldn't open my eyes, my throat burned, and it was difficult to breathe. I'm home now; my throat still hurts. I have a burning sensation on my scalp and the texture of my hair feels crazy off; I'm genuinely concerned my hair might fall off. I will be dealing with the effects of this mistake for years. She messed up and then after treating me like garbage, basically called me a degenerate. Turned out she (the owner) had locked the exit door right before my stylist finished with my hair - maybe that was a coincidence, but one of the other workers seemed pretty surprised and asked her why she had done that. She had already made up her mind about me. Nevermind that she was the one in the wrong. I wasn't trying to get out of paying. I took a $20 cab ride and left my apartment under the current conditions for a very specific service and it was not provided.

Antoinette was so sweet and professional. I came in there with the worst hair cut ever and she fix it. She explained everything she was doing to my hair. I will definitely go back to her.
