I've been going here for 2 years, I'm a traveler and I called made appointment and was taken in on time.Zoey,Lily and Henry are very friendly people they work as a team and you need to tell them what you want. I so far haven't been disappointed in my mani & pedi experience. I drove 3 hrs to get my daughter's nails done. Everyone who has seen her nails have complimented her and asked her where she had them done. Thank you, Henry,for your amazing job. We appreciate your service and job well don

I live in the neighborhood and this place is convenient but I will never come back. 1) they water down their nail polish. 2) overpriced for what you get.
I came in for a pedicure. They said 5 minute wait. They had me waiting for 15-20 minutes. They constantly try to up charge. I had about half an inch of gel on one of my big toes. No other on the rest of my toes. They tried to charge me $8 to remove the gel polish. They stated it was the labor but they wanted to use the machine to take it off. I stated that it thins out my nails and when my gel is taken off it is either soaked off or taken off with a nail file.

Came in for a gel pedicure appt, $40. Waited 30 mins to get started. The woman did a good job painting but she does zero scrubbing. I think if you want a scrubbing they charge extra but it’s not like you’re asking for a callus removal treatment. Scrubbing should be involved in a pedicure from my experience. Overall decent experience, kinda pricy with minimal work.

The staff were cooperative and friendly at all times I was there. I also want to add that the guy nail artist was incredibly kind and sweet helping me get through a minor panic/anxiety attack I was having mid session. A great individual who is very artistic and precise with nail art, and he looked genuinely happy to try his hand with working on my nails with inspired art from X-men 97 (he’s a fan of x-men & Charles Xavier is his favorite. Sorry dude, but Wolverine is better, and he’s my favorite obviously ?) Cant wait to go again for their fantastic service. ❤️

They did such a good job ! I was a little hesitant to go because of the other reviews I saw but they were so nice and did a great job on my nails. They took their time and made sure everything was perfect ! I'm from cali but if I lived out here I would most definitely come back !

this is now the second time i get a pedicure done here, the first time the lady completing the service cut me with the scraper and didn’t even apologize. Today i went to give them a second shot and was cut now on both feet! She scrapes so hard on the thin skin and so lightly on what should actually be removed. The heels of my feet are full of dead skin while the sides are raw and bloody. Will never be coming back. Disclaimer photos show blood.

I have been coming to this salon for years but I will NEVER recommend this place. My daughter went in for a pedicure and they put someone to do that was obviously training and she did a terrible job. My daughter spoke up and the owner attempted to fix it but it still looked terrible. She also asked for the callous remover treatment which was an additional $10 and they barely scrubbed her feet. When I arrive to pay for the service, I immediately see that her toes have at least 7 coats of gel polish and look like she had done them herself ( she would have done better). After working all day, I was over it and willing to take the loss and take her somewhere else the next day until I told the owner that I would pay for the job but not the callous removal which was not done. She then yelled” pay for everything or I’m calling the cops” ?. What???!!! I told her fine and sat down to wait for the cops. I reminded Henry that I have been coming there for almost 20 years But he preceded to accuse me of wanting to avoid paying as I sit there with the money in my hand. He then jumps up from his chair and yells “I’ll do it over then”. I looked over at my daughter who was visibly confused and uncomfortable. I said NO. No one in this place is touching my daughters feet and making her any more uncomfortable than she already is. He then yells for us to get out and we left.Service: Pedicure

I would not recommend this place. I had regular polish on my toes and I went for a pedicure, but I didn't want to get polish on my toes and I also asked her to not file my nails down because they were already short, she did not understand English and she still filed my nails down and filed them sooo wrong at least she didn't paint them ... I just wanted to clean my cuticles, and leave with bare nails - my service took less than 10 mins and they charged me $25

I've been there several times but quite honestly they are understaffed and have a high turnover. While the filling of nails is done well by the own, the pedicure can be improved. It is always quick and when you walk out your callouses are still there. I recall a time where this was unheard of. Also the turnover is so high that there is always someone new and we are being used for the training - though they won't admit it. If you complain the owner gets a little attitude and treats you indifferent. It's offensive especially when you are spending a good amount of money (cash only) and also providing a good tip. You should be able to walk in, relax and walk out filling good not stressed. I am not a satisfied customer. And if their attitude (especially) the owner does not change he will lose more customers. They need to remember WE are giving them business and they are not doing us a favor!Services: Manicure
