Angela helped me save $1200 worth of car insurance. I really appreciate her help and kindness throughout this whole experience. If possible I would give her 10 stars for helping me save so much . I hope you guys give her a raise or a promotion bc she definitely deserves it !!! Also I would like to thank Maddie and Michale for helping me out this past week with turning in my title . They were very helpful and informative about everything. Michael also helped me save $100 on my policy by adding a multi line discount. Everything dollar matters lol. He took his time out his day to inform me about this discount and I really appreciate that . Thank you guys you are honestly the best !

I’ve been with this office for a few years now. While you can always contact during traditional business hours and speak with any of the reps regarding your needs, I found myself in a constant flux of persons I’ve engaged with. It became confusing as I prefer having a dedicated point person I may communicate with. Recently, Michael assisted me with reviewal of my policy and coverage amounts. It was long overdue. In our conversation, he’s been transparent and forthright. Most notably, he took the time to explain and was willing to answer my questions. He also conducted follow-up with me to keep me apprised of the new policy I applied for and its’ status with Underwriting. I look forward to continuing services with Statefarm and working with Michael for my insurance needs.
