This use to be my favorite hand car wash. Hands down was the top tier but recently the guys are sloppy and careless.
For starters all weather mats were left dirty.
For the first time in the past 5 years, they parked my car too close to the others while drying. Not sure what the rush was today since there was only one car being washed.
I spoke to the guy and he didn’t seem to care. I took a cloth and wiped down my car since they had 3 guys on one car.
My car wasn’t clean thoroughly as in previous times since you could barely open the doors.

I gave one star for the poor quality of the wash, some parts of the car were completely dirty. They need to do a better job or better supervision. The water is not a problem, the dirty door is, dirty parts are all over the vehicle.
