I love this snipes even though sometimes they never have my grandson size 6 I know it’s a popular size but when I walk in they greet me right away I think the manager is a guy there he ask if I need help usually I don’t right away but he says let me know when you do AWESOME SAUCE!! Cause in the bx you be happy if you get a hi lol ?

I went right now to buy 3 pairs of tennis shoes and I asked about the Jordan 13 tennis shoes that came out and I asked if they had 7 for my son and they told me that they are not for men, what does it matter to them who the tennis shoes are for? to sell I think. That is a lack of respect for the client. If you don't want to. Work for both people to resign. I don't even go to that store anymore.

As much as I like the products of this store..This must be THE WORST store in human history. The young brats who work there have a mayor attitude..& don't care if it is customers in the store..went there couple of times..ty

We’ll my experience with this store is not good when the store manager is back dooring pairs of sneakers two how friends and family members and when I called her out on it she said Me and my family members with the same last name is ban from the store and she said she will call the police on me because of this this is not fair and I’m starting to think she don’t like me because I’m black. I made a complaint also with the old district manager there is a new district manager that took over the store I need to try to get in contact with her I heard this a new lady.

I've been to this Jimmy Jazz a handful of times. They have a great selection of clothes and shoes and they always have my and my children's sizes. I highly recommend this Jimmy Jazz location.

Found some leggings that I thought were on sale. When I get to the register to pay, the items were ringing up at a different price. I explained to the young lady that I should get the price that was on the tag on the leggings and I asked for a manager. The young lady tells me she is the manager and she is unable to override the price. I once again explained that is not my fault I picked up the items from the table, the tag says a price & that’s the price that I should be charged. She refused and stated she could not do an override so I left both items and I will not return to the store. Bad Business. That is not proper customer service.
