I went to Jimmy Jazz today with my wife. She gave the employee three sneakers to check for sizing. Instead of helping, the employee walked to the front of the store and started chatting about what they did yesterday. We were left waiting, confused, with no update. After 20 minutes of nothing, we walked out. Not a single other rep asked if we needed help, even as we walked around the store. It’s honestly frustrating—if they don’t want to provide customer service, maybe it’s time to find new employees.

Went to Jimmy jazz yesterday to buy our son some shoes me and my wife came home after purchasing after 2 hours Jimmy jazz tried to authorize a purchase to my wife's car twice for $400 the same price you spent in cloths and a pair of shoes , please be careful when you shop there are a lot of young people and even some in their twenties and close to 30 who are still scamming out cards sadly we always transfer money back over to a safe account

I went to some location in the concourse 170 in the Bronx, where they didn’t have the sneakers I wanted in my size so they ordered them for me at jimmy jazz in Fordham I don’t know what connection snipes has with jimmy jazz I picked up my sneakers in Fordham and I didn’t check the box when I left because my cab was waiting for me when I got home, I checked my sneakers and they were damaged.I went the next day to return exchange them and they didn’t have my size again so the girl who was talking to me said they have my size in the huntspoint location in the Bronx, where they told me they couldn’t exchange. That why they even sold me those sneakers in the Fordham location because the sneakers were damaged and they can’t take those sneakers like that so they told me to return to jimmy jazz where I got them . Now I have some sneakers that are damaged and I didn’t even get a refund or exchange of sneakers. They had me running back and forth and I work and come out late so I wasn’t able to go back !! Never again make sure ya check your sneakers out before leaving store if your doing a pick up .

The environment of the establishment is quite pleasant and inviting. However, I found the staff to be rather slow in providing assistance. Despite my intention to purchase just one pair of shoes, the service was unreasonably delayed, giving the impression of a lack of efficiency and attentiveness among the workers.

Very understaff and not serviced despite being patient. Staff was using profanity as well while I was shopping and I had my grandchildren with me.

I went last night around 6pm and the girls are LAZY! They are NOT trying to work or make a sale. I tried getting a size for my husband, no one to be found. When I finally found the girls chatting by the register I asked for help and they didn’t even budge. Needless to say I brought my buisness across the street to jd sport and bought my shoes there although they had the same pair at jimmy jazz. Jd sports has wayyy better customer service go there! Dont waste ur time getting poor customer service here!! You might leave with 2 left shoes if they even pay attention to you. Find better workers @jimmy jazz

Please Hispanic people be careful with the worker named Daniel.
He is a guy who likes to discriminate..
He verbally attacks you... and insinuates insults that you have not commented on...
I already put the complaints to him. In the new york service department.
This guy has some problems, he claims to be the manager but the position is too big for him...
He is racist... this employee Daniel...
You're lucky I'm in a hurry...
Because otherwise I wouldn't move. That store and called 911. And towards the police report. On charges of
Slander, defamation and discrimination.
And I put my lawyer... and a million-dollar lawsuit against the store.
Luckily I was in a hurry but I'm going to come back with all the time in the world...

On holiday, I bought some black ugg fluff from them... I already had to wait forever because they couldn't find the right pairs in the right sizes. When I got back to France, I realised that 2 left feet had been sold to me. I should have checked, given the initial lack of professionalism!To be avoided!

Went this morning as soon as store opened. Workers Unfriendly & unprofessional bought a pair of purple Nikey, but I should of went to another location. Heavy spanish guy in front of store & guy with beard was manager & front cashier female all need better customer service skills! Won't shop in bronx again . These employees need to understand buying customers are the reason they have a job!
