Well lets see the bank closes at 7pm i rushed over got there@ 7:01pm.......i asked the NIGHT PRETTY ONE can i call insteadof coming in she looked up at the door then to her co/workershacked her head as if i was invisible ...went on her merry waydoing what she was before i got there....i will be addressingthat when i see her.....& to think im trying to open a accountSHOULD I GO BACK TO VICTORIA MUTUAL ....its not that bettereither.

I’ve been using them for over 4 years. Great place to send remittance and super easy. I can literally lodge money in my parents bank account. The staff members are friendly and courteous.

Horrible customer service. I had to come in and update my bank information and the teller had a bad attitude. Barley wanted to speak up knowing the train is in front of the office. Wasn’t pleased at all with my experience here and this was my first time here coming from jersey.

The only place I go to do my remittance services. Mrs Jones is always courteous, friendly and informative. Not a lot of times you get a Jamaican with good customer service. I hate long lines but they worked fast and efficiently.
