After i send my mortgage to jamaica.. they JN DIDNOT deliver it for 2 months...today i go to them and they making all sorts of excuses/reasons.Who will pay my late fees?! Who and why...just tell me why ?

I’ve been using them for over 4 years. Great place to send remittance and super easy. I can literally lodge money in my parents bank account. The staff members are friendly and courteous.
