Because you've been I've been trying to get through the IRS for the past 3 weeks to get a PIN number to file my taxes as soon as the 15th of April come up they're going to penalize me how can we get these numbers are getting information if you can't speak to a live person I'm not understanding this no they're not good the phone number they give us it's not good

Received a letter for an amount due. I done made an account and finally done with the steps, I see a whole different amount from what the letter is stating. I spoke to an agent online and he told me if adjustments were made my balance would be different. The crazy part is I Received a letter in 2021 that because my taxes were calculated incorrectly, I don't owe. It's the fact that no one communicates, answer the phone but so quick to take money. Especially money you're wasn't aware that you owed. It's disappointing

I can never get anyone on the freaking phone. They’ve exceeded the amount of money they’ve garnished from my checks ( although there is no proof that i even owed to begin with.) I can’t get them on the line to explain to me the issue. I am livid.

They treated me well and quickly. The employees behaved very professionally. The only thing is to get to the site. If you don't know the area as it happened to me, it's torture because not even the GPS works.
