The coverage and authorization process is great but the reason I'm docking a star is because there aren't a lot of specialists that take Molina managed medicaid. That is the only issue I have with them. Customer service is great. It's a shame not a lot of doctor's take it. I have no idea why but if they expand that area I will be back!”
