Furniture is what I wanted but been fighting to get my missing piece for 3 months told them I want all my money back and they sent new dresser and still waiting to hear from trash delivery service would not recommend

Joe L. assisted me with an out of state purchase and was extremely helpful and provided me with the utmost professionalism, kindness, and customer service support. 2k Furniture Designs has quality furniture for affordable prices. Joe in customer service sent me a tracking number the day after I placed my order. I received the product in perfect condition. It's heavy and very well made. Thank you for a great experience!!

We have been fighting with 2K and Amazon for over a year. We ordered a $3k+ bedrokm set, and the main dresser for our furniture was broken when the delivery company left it in the front yard. The owner, Joe, was the rudest and most difficult person to deal with. He fought with us, and he fought with Amazon representatives. He sent us an extra nightstand to make us feel better, but I have 2 already, and the 3rd one is still in the box in the garage. All I asked for was for him to send me a new leg, and I would put it on. Every day, I wake up and look at a dresser with the front leg broken off and propt up. This is a fraud company that hopefully will go out of business.

2K furniture is the worst. I have had a dresser and chest come damaged. The company keeps hanging up on us or puts us on hold forever until they hang up. I just called them like 40 times talked to a representative of theirs who say they will connect me to claims. As usual no one answers, and they no that. Their superviser always seems to be in a meeting when they say they will transfer the call to them. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!!! BUYER BEWARE!!!

2 of my dressers came damaged. I have tried contacting the company numerous times and no one answers the phone. I have left several messages for them to call me regarding my claim and no one returns my call. The Worst customer service ever. Will have to decide what steps to take now.

I am writing this review in hopes of helping other customers avoid the experience. I placed my order for this dining room set at the beginning of January through Amazon. Immediately when the furniture arrived, we began to build it and noticed that many of the pieces came damaged. We put everything back into the boxes and I contacted the seller through Amazon in order to return the items and receive a full refund. This was on January 22. Today is March 12 and I have yet received my refund. My conversation with the seller 2K furniture designs, was very aggravating from day 1. After days and weeks of waiting for an initial response with substantial information all the seller said was that I could be refunded $100 and stay with the item. I paid over $1000 dollars for this item. Seeing as I was unable to reach an agreement with the seller I decided to get in contact with an Amazon agent directly thinking that my issue would be solved rapidly. I contacted Amazon on January 28th and they have been even less helpful than the seller. After filing multiple A-Z claims and weeks and weeks of contacting different agents and waiting, we have reached no solutions. I still have the items in the middle of my dining room desperate to have the seller pick them up and give me my refund. I don't know what else to do. My advice to anyone buying furniture through amazon is not to buy from 3rd party sellers, all they want is to sell you the product in whatever conditions and then keep your money. And as for Amazon, I thought thinks would go smoother. Turns out they really don't care about their customers.

DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY!! Bath linen cabinet was shipped free to me in Arizona. Wouldn't fit allotted space, so tried to return it and got an email from 2K Furniture. The email read: "Your order can be returned to 2K Furniture Designs 431 Timpson Place Bronx NY 10455 United States As soon as we will receive the return we will refund your account. Please note that the return must be in the original packaging. Please keep record of the tracking and make sure to write on the shipping label RMA number 13915 otherwise your order will not be refunded." Say WHAT?? I paid $177.00 for the product. It weighs over 100lbs. I am a 100% disabled veteran! Not only CAN'T I physically ship the thing ...it would cost as much as I paid for it, to ship it from Arizona to New York!! Fortunately, I bought it on Amazon. I told Amazon and THEY (Amazon) promptly refunded my money. (And I'm donating the thing to the Veteran's Thrift Store.) Too many companies out there to do business with THIS one. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY!

if you are looking for a real legitimate furniture company to work with 2k furniture are the ones. joe is a great person with alot of knowledge,he is the man for all of your furniture needs they actually have a live person who answers there phones and joe himself calls back if you are shopping furniture on line i recommend 2k furnuture

I ordered a bedroom set off of Amazon thru this company after reading the reviews. I ordered a bedroom set over $1,000 in August of 2020 it was delivered October of 2020 with broken pieces and missing parts. I contacted the company and they said they would ship a replacement as Soon as it came in. Well it is now 9 months and no replacement and they are now offering me a $100 refund and allowing me to keep my broken pieces. Mind you I contacted them immediately and for the past 7 months they have repeatedly told me they will ship it when it came in and then told me they quit making it and had me choose another bedroom set. They then sent just the the bed and it was missing the side rails. I contacted Amazon just this week and they are telling me that it is past the 90 days. I trusted this company to do as they said and now they have literally scammed me out over a $1,000 and I do not even have a bed to sleep in. A functioning bedroom set. do it even have a competed best to sleep I the dresser, mirror and n nightstand was broken. I read the reviews and that is why I ordered thru this company but I am telling you do NOT order because if anything goes wrong you will not get a replacement and will be out the funds. I am contacting the Better Business Bureau in the morning and will be filing a claim against this company. I was patient dand trusting customer they scammed out of money. I have proof of all the emails and correspondence they sent saying they would send when it came in If anyone questions if I am being honest. I want everyone to know yes they may treat some customers good but if you are one of the poor customers like me that trusted them to do as they said I feel sorry for you. It was the first new bedroom set I ha e ever bought and now I am out my money and without a bedrroom set DO NOT TAKE the Chance I did and was scammed. I will go on every social media platform this company is established with to let consumers know how they treated and scammed me. I will let the Better Business Bureau know how this company has taken care of me. There is a thing called the Consumer Protection Act that this company has clearly violated. I have all the emails and phone call record to prove it and I will. Buy at your own risk is all I can say

This was my last attempt to get a refund from 2k furniture. Their answer was to send me a postal required return label. I guess that's a NO! To 2K Furniture and Amazon, My name is Linda M, I am a customer. A customer! I'm contacting you yet again in reference to a Kitchen Buffet that I purchased in March. I have made at least five attempts to get this item back to 2K and have been requesting a refund for a month. I have believed that this should be a very simple process. To explain, a customer purchased an item, they're unsatisfied with the item, they make arrangements to return the item, the company which is reputable and has integrity will assist the purchaser in the return of the item via a return label or transport. The company provides the customer with a full refund of the purchase price. Contract done. I've never experienced a purchase, especially from Amazon, which I was required to pay for the shipping and handling 2 return item that does not satisfy the customer. These are the basics of customer service. Now allow me to further illustrate how easy this process can be resolved. I am requesting that 2K Furniture send me a return label and I am requesting that 2K make arrangements for the pick up by UPS, FedEx, US Postal Service, a truck of a friend that you know, to pick up this item. I do not think it acceptable that I incur any additional cost for your delivering a damaged product. To deliver an item in such terrible condition is unacceptable. Shame on you! Shame on you again! Is this really how you want to represent yourself. Do you really think that this is necessary for $260. Are you willing to sacrifice your reputation for $260. I want my money back. I believe I have been patient enough. I want a refund and a refund shouldn't cost me any more money or distress. If you do not respond to my satisfaction, I will have no other recourse but 2 investigate legal alternatives. I await your response. Thanking you for your cooperation in advance. Great company if you don't have to return an item. The worst. Waiting a month for an authorization code they claim I need to return what I ordered. Joe is a liar. Makes promises every time I call 2-3 times a week and doesn't follow up with any of his false promises. I highly recommend staying away from this company. Next stop- attorney general and the media for results.
