I love this place,They give good prices,good customer service,I went to get my charging port fixed and they said $40,yk that all good,after it was done I was gonna pay with my card,they wanted to charge me $45.I was like whatt? It’s $5 more just to pay with card/Apple Pay?To me that’s ridiculous,It would of been fine if it was like $1or so,BUT $5.NUHH UHH?

Sold me a 24 inch Insignia TV for 150.00. It was pricey but I really needed one at the time. However I found out a little later on that it was being sold in other stores for 80-100.00. I definitely feel that this was a scam and I haven’t bought anything from them since. That’s crazy. If it was an option (I’m sure it is not) I’d want my money back. I definitely regret buying it.

Terrible service today I took a phone that I bought in November in the same place. I dropped it on a Monday and today I took it to be repaired right there the back part broke I left it 3 hours later the screen is no longer useful I put it back in. To check and there is one of them, one of them shows that the screen was bad, I don't know what many excuses and in the end they did nothing, terrible service and I always recommended that place because I always buy things, phones and pay lines until I get a phone fixed and The worst of all, one of them said many times later that she never said

I didn't even know this company existed until it tried to hijack my attempts to obtain local internet.The sales rep flat out bullied and gaslit me to an extreme. Not to mention the full blown lies they spill to sell thier no better then blatant 1990's lvl tech at even higher then standard rate prices.... like for real; these people tried bullying me into an expensive mobile internet connection that was literally a fraction of my 6 year old cellphones capabilities!And too the crazy cost I had to spend on a team of specialists to correct the ridiculously vivid identity fraud that so suddenly came up immediately after dealing with them!Needless to say; DO NOT DEAL WITH IMPERIAL WIRELESS! Though some of thier actual staff are gems.... The rest are nothing more then thieves!P.p.s.s.. I even had to utilize my FBI privileges in dealing with this company.... They are that damn bad!

I had a bad experience in that store when I damaged the product you bought, they don't help you with the guarantee that they supposedly give you when you want to fix it, they want to charge you half the price it cost you ????

This review deserves no stars. I had came into the store with a broken phone. A young woman politely asked for my help. I told her I needed my phone to be fixed so I could then transfer the rest of my files into my new phone. The damaged phone's power is on but nothing shows up on screen. I was having issue with the phone prior to not working. Earlier, I replaced the battery, making it finally turn on. The screen turned on...then went blank.So I explained to the young lady about that problem. She seemed a bit confused and asked if I wanted to find out the functioning problem besides replacing the screen. Isaid yes, so she proceeded to go to the back of the store, handing my phone over to their technician. She comes back in 2 minutes. I then asked her if I could speak with the technician.... maybe he'll have a better understanding to my questions, she responded in fear saying he isn't allowed in the front.( as if he was chained to a table working non stop).Since she wasn't able to thurully help me out, she asked one of the guys behind the counter to help me. I told him my situation, he blankly stares at me, saying they can't help fix the phone. I said to him all I wanted was an estimate and diagnosis of my phone. He responded in frustration with the same idiotic response of not being able to help me out. I'm walking away wondering about the ridiculousness that came out of his mouth. I decided to walk back into the store and asked him, "this store repairs phones, right?", he angrily said, yes but their not going to touch my phone because of it being broken.... at that point I believe that guy forgot to bring his brain to work. How can anyone working in a REPAIR shop turn away a customer needing an estimate on repairing their phone!!!His attitude towards me was completely unprofessional. I've never met this guy in my life, yet he treated me as if I had personally done something wrong to him.My questions have been nothing but kind and patient towards him. I think he might have been bias towards me, because he approached me speaking in spanish and I responded in english. We were able to communicate after that, but I noticed his attitude and shady demeanor towards me.That store needs some of their employees to be retrained in customer service and common sense. I would never recommend any one to ever go to Imperial Wireless Wholesale for anything.
