I’m sitting right now in the lobby wanting toopen an account. I’m told I can’t because one of the two reps is leaving and the other is out to lunch and afterward has appointments. Will they show up? I don’t know but I’m right here in person wanting to give the bank my money. I don’t know how the CEO of the bank would feel about the employees turning away business.

First time there I made some cash deposit and they closed my account a week later be careful at that branch in Riverdale. It was a checking account and corporate wouldn’t even give me the reason. Gave me two weeks to get my money out from the date of the letter . Totally ridiculous.

THIS BANK IS NOT USER FRIENDLY... WHY AREN'T THEY OPEN ON SATURDAYS AT LEAST 1/2 DAY..... I WILL HAVE TO MOVE ALL MY ACCOUNTS OUT OF HSBC BECAUSE OF THIS... I WORK AND CAN NOT GET TO THE BANK DUE TO THEIR HOURS... NOT WORTH ANY STARS

There's nothing special about this bank. The employees do their jobs, but nothing stands out. The only reason to recommend it is that there never seems to be a line. If there is, it's maybe a couple of people. There seems to be one CSR when I go in, so if anyone is waiting, there could be a wait, but I haven't encountered it. Get in and out fast seems good to me.
