Most horrible customer service!! Save yourself stress by going to either another location or branch. The ladies here (one of them being Judith) was rude and lacked so much knowledge of simple questions.The other (I cant remember her name, but works in the last cubicle) was just nasty and showed no interest in helping.I wanted to open a business account and none of them could tell me where I could get a document they required. They held me in the phone for a long period of time and never came back (af if they just wanted me to hang up). I went in person…same thing! Its like no one knows what they're doing.Please train these people before relying of them to service potential customers!

This bank closed my account and I was not able to get money out. DO NOT USE THIS BANK!!! They will not help you get your money. They will get an attitude with you because your asking questions. I called corporate and they said my account does not exist. But I was able to login to my account online.

The absolute WORST customer service and experience I’ve ever had at a bank . They’re understaffed and the staff that is there doesn’t know what they’re doing . For context I don’t have a bank account but my job pays out with citizens checks . I’ve cashed many at another branch but the lady’s at this location refuse to cash my checks, even having explained how urgent my situation was . They were rude and when asked why they said because it’s up to them and they didn’t feel like it .

At the start they had some rough spots...however this branch has improved and still continues to do so. I have been pleased at the service of this branch and am impressed at the fact that they are striving to become even better.

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!!!! i will definitely report this location and give a VERY BAD review everywhere i find feedback for this bank they don't help customers they will tell you anything to get rid of you whit thing like " machine is not working' or the classic " there is nothing we can do" even if customer service noted the account with instructions they will say that notes doesn't show anything ( STAY AWAY FROM THIS BANK )

Usually they have great customer service when they have their regular staff, unfortunately during this whole Covid-19, they have some new people I’ve never seen before and need a customer service rep. Who literally was on the phone 30 minutes about tell someone in the phone to open a new account & interest rates, & etc over the phone & had the audacity to not take care of a simple thing I needed to do after she finished her call but to go onto calling someone else on the phone & telling 1 of the tellers to help me.
