My non english speaking father went to them 3 different times asking to speak to me on the phone (to translate) and they refused. Now im calling them on the phone since i have work and no one picks up.

I actually have not had a bad experience here until yesterday, it's Christmas Eve I'm planning on going to hsbc to withdraw money I need the teller though because I wanted to withdraw an amount that the machines won't allow. i knew time was crunching and they close at 4:00pm , I get to the front door at 3:44pm the tellers I normally see are telling me that the bank is closed to come back Saturday , how is it that they get to leave 12 mins earlier than their closing time , transactions take less than 1 min, I understand it's the holiday and everyone wants to get home, but how on a day where people are going to need money you close early, what made it even worse is there wasn't even a sign on the door from them or corporate saying that they would be closing early. really unprofessional.

Second time this month went to the atm around 7:30am and couldn’t make a withdrawal.. very inconvenient with this bank that I’ve been with for 17 plus years..I don’t go into the bank to do any kind of transaction anymore because they are very slow I would rather use the atm to do any transactions and even the atms certain features don’t work sometimes..thinking seriously of going with chase or Bank of America close by ?

I go to this bank all the time. I’m always greeted when I enter the bank. The staff is very friendly, courteous and knowledgeable. I always get quick service when I go there. I wouldn’t bank anywhere else and I will recommend HSBC to my friends and family.

Wait time is outrageous on a regular basis. I went in today to make a deposit but then was notified that systems were down. Second time this month the "systems are down". I've been to other branches in Manhattan and Queens very satisfied with there service. This place needs and upgrade and new management.

Just arrive at the location for banking purpose no one is there to greed,people are just going by there day... not professional bad experience
