I started using H&R Block in 2018 and they found mistakes on my previously filed taxes from another company. Since then, I have remained with H&R Block and have been confident and satisfied with their services. I can file in person, leave my forms and have them prepare my taxes and let me know when to return; make an appointment or file virtually from home. Each experience is treated with professionalism, courtesy and shows their knowledge and experience with tax laws. I am always satisfied with my H&R Block experience - no matter who in the office does my taxes.

I had to go back twice already because johnattan messed up on dates of my taxes and now is not responding after yet another fee was requested to be taken out my taxes when he already has the fee from the taxes from the year before he took both the fees out the first one he Is very unhelpful and hard to communicate with or get a hold ofI will never go here again he is the worse
