This office seems to be taking advantage of uneducated, low-income families. I needed a copy of my baby-momma's return to clarify something about dependants before I file my own tax returns. They charged her $300 for "complex income" and a schedule C for a FICTITIOUS business when she is a w-2 wage earner with only $17,000 income!! What can possibly be COMPLICATED about $17k??? I am a business owner and my taxes cost me $250 to file but she was charged $574!!?! Julia Lake and everyone else involved should be ashamed of yourselves!

I have been to H\u0026R Block before but this is my first time going to this one and I am really annoyed . They messed up my social security number and address the first time . The second time they messed up the amount so the IRS took 95% of my money . Now I’m spending days trying to get in contact with IRS which is nearly impossible. Never going back.
