The tax preparer messed up my taxes twice. She mixed up my social security number the first time and then she kept messing up the paperwork. I don’t know why they hire people who aren’t trained for this. Not to mention I’m paying over $100 for her to do it and she can’t even do it right.

I didn't have to wait too long. The guy I saw was extremely patient with me. He helped me get back more money than I ever have gotten back before. I recommend it completely. They also don't charge as much as other places.

I think I could have gotten a little more money. Also I realized after the fact that maybe if I was put down as head of house hold I would have gotten a little more. I was asked if I was single. Not head of house hold , I'm ask this question every year . from every one else. That I go to. An I realized after the fact when I over looked my papers at home. I pay to much for rent. She never asked if I was head of house hold. She was the only one whom said so. It was , I felt a little to much this year. This was the fastest service I've ever received from this place. The same place I've been coming for years.
