Lydia Chavez misguided me and misled me and somehow I’m paying 250$ for filing my taxes with h and r block and according to her my money only paid for my services of getting my taxes filed and I would have to wait until my money was returned by the irs before I can do anything …. It clearly states on the website what you’re paying for and I obviously paid to get TAX PRO ASSISTANCE. This location. In allerton ave is NOT suggested ! I lost out on 5k this year because of this woman not informing me and only worrying about her commission. I filed a complaint with the manager still waiting to hear back!!

The professionalism the tax preparer showed when greeting me.I liked that they explained why I was not entitled to deductions and the reason for signing all forms. Also letting me know that H&R Block is opened all year round if I should ever receive a notice from the IRS. They explained the benefit of signing up for the peace of mind. If the tax preparer made a mistake you won't have to pay anything for it being corrected.

STACY GOVAN is absolutely AMAZING! Went once then for some stupid reason went to Royal Tax and they just messed everything up. Came back to Stacy. Sticking with her! She is always so kind, very nice, answers all our questions, makes sure we understand everything. Double checks her work. Very professional and efficient. ABSOLUTELY LOVE HER!
