Terrible! Stay away! They made so many mistakes on my taxes the state and feds had to redo them and adjust the amount of money they said I would get back? All amounts they gave me was wrong then I paid for peace of mind which states they will refund my tax fees if it's their error and it's been over 3 weeks of them lying to me not picking up phone and it's taken over 4 so called tax pros to try and figure out how to even get me the peace of mind I paid for they took 500 from me.for this sloppy service and the district manager RYAN Rawlings is another layer and thief I have to call from diff phones to contact him stay away this HR.BLOCK name is not wat it use to be I put one star only because I had to put something

I haven't been there yet. The worker was disrespectful answering my phone call. Not sure if he misunderstood what I said. However the man didn't need to hangup on me like that. Which I find very offensive.
