I called ahead of time to ensure and make sure the preparer will be on time. Aka confirm. I was on time. After 15 min, still not ready. You scheduled me at 130 meaning she should be ready for me when ainget there. Ppl on white plains road have a bad issue with timing. Bad for buusiness and no credibillity.
