She did an amazing job on my baby haircut she did great with keeping him calm he was very comfortable with her being it was it first time which was a plus she was kind and very professional & great communication HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!! my dog was extremely matted and she got the job done he looks great I will definitely be back :)

In October 2022, I took my heavily matted older dog, Paris, here to get groomed. I am disabled and out of work so I couldn't get her groomed for years. But that didnt stop this groomer from doing an absolutely amazing job.. I was so happy to see Paris when she was done that I broke down crying. She didn't rush me out and let me gather myself. She got rid of all the mats with very minimal nicks and scratches for which she even gave me ointment to put on them. I couldn't have been more happy with this service and im so happy my baby is groomed now

I took my kitten Sayuri for her first grooming appointment today and I’m very happy with the results my cat is clean and happy ? I will be bringing her every 3 months to keep her beautiful Himalayan coat looking it’s best.

First would like to say that they are very professional via text. I had to postpone my cat's appointments a few times, and they were always willing to rebook. Upon bringing my Kingston (all black cat) to the location, it was very clean and the owner was very inviting. She asked if my cat was in distress prior to his arrival, and I mentioned that he was meowing a bit in the car. She allowed my boyfriend and I to stay for a bit, to ensure that he was calm. She said that she can often tell how the animal (mainly cats) will behave the minute she starts to clip their nails. She asked for us to pet him and stay near him as she clipped, so that he felt safe and secure. Nothing more than someone other than me caring about my pet's wellbeing. This meant a lot! As we were there she also cleaned his eyes and ears, and brushed him gently, and she even got a wag from Kingston which is a sign of happiness. I then felt comfortable enough to leave so that she can continue to work on him. I will be booking another appointment with House Pet Grooming in the near future, as I felt she did an amazing job. May I add this was also my cat's first time getting groomed, so it was a new experience for the both of us. Thank you!

Love the work that Dinayda provides to me! I brought my tea cup yorkie and she was filled with knots! She knew exactly what to do and how to go about taking off her knots without hurting my baby. I highly recommend Dinayda! Best work I've seen!
