“Positively surprised about the place , was in for business close by and this was great, despite q fir alarm and a crazy storm. The front desk staff Crystal was very pleasant and everything went well.The gym had plenty of equipment for about 8 people to work out at the same time.Towels and hot/cold filtered water station big mirror joga mats and tv.However found some maintenance needed on some equipment and the perfect push up is broken. Please replace.Rooms: The rooms are very nice and recently renovated.My room however needed some high dusting , dirty AC vent.Light fixture in cabinet dangling down.TV is smallWalkability: If you are good in any Hood and you have stuff to do like me in the Bronx , walkability is excellent. Shopping street close by with Burlington, Chipotle & many others.Food & drinks: Breakfast was standard American continental, aka nothing special but plenty available, and a good coffee machine. And hey it's in the price included, hot coco and coffee even 24/7.I did not see eggs but they had fresh fruit and fruit salad.”

“We have stayed here numerous times when visiting family. Prices have gone up but the suites are just perfect for our stays. The free Buffett has gotten so much better, better quality food, better display of the food, all due to Donisha Jordan. She is organized, professional yet very personable. So nice to have met and talk to here. We also would like to shout out the young lady who made our reservation ( sorry cannot remember her name). She worked with us to secure a room in a timely manner. Marisol Umanzor was also wonderful at the front desk. We would have given this hotel 5 stars but they no longer serve bar bites which is really needed,especially if you are drinking at the bar. Overall excellent stay and excellent staff. We miss Zoe Parker the former manager there.Rooms: SpaciousNearby activities: Neighborhood not that great! Potholes everywhere leading to hotel.Food & drinks: Bar service good but bar bites needed..BRING THIS BACK!Noteworthy details: Staff is wonderful!”

“Overall, a great time here. Stayed for over a week, the maids were very responsive whenever I asked for anything. Front desk was helpful when I asked for any sight-seeing advice and the hotel is located close to NYC. My only complaint is that parking is a big pain.”

“The location is everything if you're into shopping it's right on the block of 3rd Avenue it's cozy if you trying to make a movie in under 2 minutes I meant 2 hours for the smooth price of $63 the rooms are at that high tech or anything like that but they do have pretty nice views at nightRooms: The room is pretty high tech they give you a remote so you can control the TV which has all of the built-in apps you can wish for as long as you have your own account you can log inNearby activities: Can you say shop to drop 3rd Avenue is right there it's always shopping centers you can ask forNoteworthy details: That is a state of the art newly renovated Hotel”

“For the location, you have couple of store around to get food;Service: when we arrived there I ask one of the worker at the front desk where do we store our stuff since it was not time jet for check in and she gave me a dirty look like we were supposed to know where to go. Also, no one helps us telling us where the carts were or at least bringing one out. It's very hard looking for parking in that area if you don't want to pay the parking at that hotel. For housekeeping, they dont speak english and every time you need towells they give you a bag and tell you to drop it at at basket they have and you have to take out the garbage and place it at the end of the hallway. Rooms are ok since you get what you pay for. A couple of stains. I wasn't sure what it was. They only have 1 elevator, which got stuck couple of time. Also, I believe they are using this hotel to place people from shelters. I saw a lot of guests with multiple bags.”

“This place was terrible, it had bed bugs. Very dirty!!! Our room had a very bad odor.We couldn't stay there. I don't recommend anyone go there. The worst!!!”

“Stayed for one night in September and we had a great night sleep! The train is right outside the main door but the noise really didn't bother us. The front desk workers were all very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was very good. Located just a short walk from the Bronx zoo and it was wonderful! The hallways do smell of something but the room was very clean and did not smell at all.”

“It's not a 5 star hotel and it's better than other hotels I've been in. Not a great location. Staff were great and doing what the could. Vending machines need stocked, rooms were made each day during our visit. Only issue we had needed blankets, and the room keys kept resetting after rooms were cleaned.”
