I have been coming here for 5 years and they do wonderful manicure and pedicure. They are very pleasant and nice people. The place is nice and clean and they use good products .

Ive ben here 3 times and the first two times they did a good job. I came in last week to get a dip-powder set and the manager assisted me. I explained to her i wanted french blue nails. As she was painting my nails i pointed out that i wanted the french to go down more. She wasn’t able to do it so i left it alone. As the days went by and i kept looking at my nail, and was not content with them. 4 days later (today) i decided to come back to just get a nail color change which I was willing to pay for. Tina told me that no one was able to do it because they all had appointments on their way. That I should come back at 4 when the manager arrives. It was 3:15 so i decided to just wait as i live 40 minutes ago. The manager arrived at 3:30 and i expressed to her my concern and she told me that im to picky. I asked her what made/makes me “too picky” and she stated because i looked at my shape after she applied the dip-powder. And i told her of course im going to look at the shape because i wanted to make sure it was to my liking since im paying for the service. Overall she did not want to change my gel color because of this. I believe thats very unprofessional. And i left at 3:45 pm and no appointments came in so tina lied to me

They usually do a pretty good job. I switched to powdered gel, and I love it. It lasts about 3 weeks and does way less damage to my nail than acrylic or gel nail polish. The staff are pretty fast, courteous and organized.

I've been coming here for years off and on. I will say that if staff is available then they should take the next customer, not have them wait and waste even more time. If there is a fee when paying by card, have a sign posted that clearly states that. The prices should be posted as well and even explained when services have completed; one of my last visits I was charged $45 for a pedicure and I didn't realize that a "special service" was added on, I basically assumed the lady was doing her job - so communication is key. Also, the hours of operation should be posted on the door/window of the shop so anyone passing by will know and also mention when the last customer is seen.

This place is unprofessional, disrespectful and lack customer service. Went for a pedicure and she had 2 customers even though I made an appointment. She told me I can go somewhere else. If I could give them no stars I would.Service: Pedicure

Horrible experience! Nails weren’t done properly and when I went back they told me to come back the next day only for them to mess them up even worse!

My former salon's gel powder manicures started getting ruined after 1 week when they used to last longer. Since I started coming here, my nails look better and last a lot longer. Get there early though, there can be a long wait.Service: Manicure
