Would give zero stars if possible. They rented us a car with drugs left inside either by workers or previous renters. Was taking a trip to Canada and were stopped at the border. Hertz customer service was extremely unhelpful and never even refunded despite their egregious and illegal violation

I tried to pick up a car from this branch but I didn't like the vibe and I didn't feel comfortable it was a total disaster, cars parked everywhere from returning customers that left their vehicles in the middle of the road out of frustration for the long wait, a long and slow line to get to your rental. The business was in total disarray very unprofessional.

I haven't had a bad experience with them to date, so I won't bash. However, I was a little disturbed concerning the lack of customer privacy. It's a small office space, and the staff handling clients openly and loudly ask for sensitive information while checking you in. Specifically, full name, number, address, insurance, etc. On all occasions I've visited, there is no change. I will likely switch my renting location next time. The ultimate concern here is the lack of conversing at an intimate audbile level. My experience of standing face to face at the counter, providing my info and the staff person reciting my personal info outloud amongst the other patrons inside the small space is enough to become a victim of identity theft. I do not appreciate the mishandling of my information.

My apologies I haven't really had time to even put on my experience I done had three or four rentals and I'm going to start on each one the first one was doing the Memorial Day weekend with my wallet got stolen had to get a temporary ID from Department of Motor Vehicles look like a printed out a piece of paper that you can make at home they almost didn't let me get on the plane arrived in New York and I go get my rental in the Little Italy location in the Bronx. raining in the pouring and a long line I don't know how them guys do it in that small location, to be able to get the cars in and out and get the people in and out in the timely fashion but they do. when I got there and they saw my temporary license they didn't really want to deal with it cuz it looked like it was fake, but as I sat with them and waited in line they found a solution for me being able to get my rental and to verify who I was and that I was a presidential member. I really appreciate it them guys to the point I made another reservation thereafter and I thank them for making it easy with the rain and everything going on it was very hard to get things done and they got it done. can't remember anybody's name cuz I haven't been there in a while but everybody there, that's team deserves kudos

So im convinced every good review here has been written by someone who is connected with this business.
Be prepared to wait at least an hour. When asked to speak to a manager, the disgruntled employee came over and said we’re working as fast as we can. So their fast is 20-30 minutes per customer. No Gold member counter or any type of priority for those with reservations. This place has really gone down the drain throughout the years. Must have changed owners or something but it’s never been this bad. It’s better to pay the extra fees and rent from the airport.

Never waited less than 45 minutes to pick up a car from this location even with a reservation. Walked in today and the office smelled of bad BO and Urine. 3 people working the front desk but only able to assist a single person at a time... definitely one of the worst hertz locations.

If I could give 1 star I would. The worst customer service and no care for people. I waited 3 hours and they have no workers to support their demand. This is ridiculous.

Over all experience was great but waited for like 1 hour 30 mins to get the car . It was a long line in a rainy day . Have to wait outside and it’s very hard. Hope they will make a line inside !!

Staff good, but you have to wait in line for an hour and get a car you didn’t book. Needed a 7 seater and got only 5. Gave me a wack ford and didnt adjust the price. This is crazy
