URBAN Nutrition Spot has so many healthy options that are made fresh on the spot. Rosa (owner) is such an amazing soul who truly cares about what she is doing and provides more than just healthy goods she and her team provide such positive vibes that it is hard to have a bad day when you enter the shop. I love to see a Bronx native create her business in The Bronx and provide positive options for the community I will support!I will add photos next time I forgot to take a picture!

This please is amazing, my shake was under 250 calories and tasted like a bakery muffin. Note there is no diary . It's a must try!!!!!!And I was full when I was done!!!

This is the best spot in the bronx for a nice nutrition chill out spot . The service there is nice and also friendly.

I work nearby this spot and it is a perfect place for quick and affordable healthy bites. I love the protein waffles, which you can get with all types of different toppings. I've tried their LIT teas which are the perfect mid afternoon energy boost. If caffeine intake is an issue you can ask for them not to add it in. The also add aloe vera and collagen upon request. I haven't tried the shakes YET, but based on how delicious everything else is I'm sure they will be on point as well. Home made meals are also offered from time to time and usually offer healthy options such as brown rice, fish, chicken, and veggies. I highly recommend this spot!

I am impressed, URBAN Nutrition Spot was actually phenomenal. Love the workers and the atmosphere. his menu has every thing I love and I'm very excited to try it all. Crew is incredibly courteous and definitely will help you with anything. Will definitely come back here!

Wow! Seriously impressed! Healthy done right. The vibe was just what I needed. Music was pumping & the ladies working behind the counter were super friendly. I'm still thinking about the protein waffle I ate. I'll be back very soon. So many healthy options. 5 stars for me.
